Men's Wellbeing Questionnaire

The MindKind Projects, a Walsall based Mental Wellbeing Organisation are looking to understand men’s attitudes and responses to mental health, wellbeing and mental health services.  This is because in Walsall, and many areas of the UK, men are less likely to seek support around their mental health and wellbeing.

As such we are inviting men living and/or working in Walsall to complete a 5 minute anonymised questionnaire around wellbeing and support. The information you provide will be utilised to ensure more men are supported and that wellbeing and mental health support is more effective for men.  We will create a report that will be distributed amongst organisations large and small.

All answers are confidential and will be used to develop more effective services around mental health and wellbeing. More information on the link above.
